With the growth and transformation agenda of WS Audiology, we are strengthening our HR team in India and are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to support the build-up and scaling of our technology hub. This role goes beyond transactional hiring — you will act as a true strategic advisor to the business, partnering closely with leaders in India and overseas. You will own end-to-end recruitment while also playing a key role in employer branding initiatives, early-career hiring, and large-scale hiring events.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic TA partner to hiring leaders across IT and non-IT functions, providing market insights and hiring advice

• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience

• Lead and support ramp-up hiring for a growing tech hub, including workforce planning and hiring strategies

• Build and manage strong relationships with local and global stakeholders across Denmark, Germany, Singapore, and India

• Design and execute employer branding initiatives such as university programs, hackathons, open houses, and in-house hiring drives

• Project-manage recruitment campaigns and events, ensuring high energy, engagement, and flawless execution.

• Leverage data, systems, and tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and TA practices.

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a strategic, end-to-end recruiter (in-house or agency)

• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a regional or global matrix environment

• Strong track record in scaling or ramping up teams, ideally within a tech or R&D setup

• High level of project management capability, with passion and energy for driving hiring events and campaigns

• Tech-savvy, data-driven, and comfortable adopting new TA tools and approaches

• Strong track record in direct sourcing and head-hunting of passive candidates across competitive talent markets.
