Brand & Communications Manager

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager – WS Audiology India to lead brand strategy and marketing excellence for our portfolio in India. This role will shape how our brands connect with professionals, partners, and consumers — driving preference and growth in a fast-evolving hearing care market.
What you will do
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop long-term strategies for Signia, Widex, Rexton, and other brands, ensuring alignment with global vision while adapting to local market realities.
Strengthen channel leadership and brand differentiation through compelling narratives and customer experiences.
Build and maintain a premium, trusted, and contemporary brand image across all touchpoints.
Integrated Marketing Planning & Events: Develop and execute annual brand plans covering B2B and B2C initiatives. Plan and manage internal/external events, partner meets, and conferences with strong brand visibility.
Partner, Consumer & Professional Engagement: Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Lead awareness and lead-generation campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. Build strong partnerships with hearing care professionals to enhance brand advocacy.
Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking: Monitor market trends, competition, and category dynamics. Evaluate campaign performance and measure KPIs — awareness, engagement, market share, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing spends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Audiology, Operations, and Training teams to ensure alignment and impact. Contribute to Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives within WSA India.
What you bring
Experience
MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Brand Management from a reputed institution.
8–10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, consumer health, or premium technology sectors.
Proven track record in developing and executing strategic brand and communication plans.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C dynamics.
Personal competencies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Fluent in English.
