Software Project Lead

We are seeking a delivery-focused Agile leader to drive and manage the execution of large, complex software initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, Product Management, and leadership to plan, track, and deliver work using Agile frameworks and tools such as Azure Boards and Kanban. You will monitor progress, communicate insights to stakeholders, and partner with project sponsors to manage scope, risk, and delivery timelines. Day to day, you will also foster a transparent, multi-location team environment that strengthens collaboration, continuity, and adoption of best practices.
What you will do
Enable business transformation by driving best practices in software integration and accelerating delivery outcomes
Deepen knowledge of agile tools (e.g., Azure Boards, Kanban Boards, Whiteboards) to plan, track, and facilitate collaboration across teams
Create a sustainable, transparent, multi-location team environment that strengthens communication, alignment, and continuity
Drive and manage the delivery of large, complex software using Agile frameworks and methodologies
Co-ordinate cross-functionally with agile teams, Product Management, Agile PMO and Leadership to drive software delivery
Measure and communicate progress while publishing key insights to Teams and Leadership
Ensure solutions are delivered within committed timelines, partnering with project sponsors to manage scope and mitigate risks.
What you bring
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering complex software solutions
A university degree in computer science or related fields
Proven track record of leading large cross-functional Agile Software projects
Strong customer and stakeholder empathy, representing the voice of the customer while understanding and balancing diverse perspectives
Ability to synthesize insights and drive alignment, translating multiple viewpoints into clear direction and cross-functional consensus
Able to work hands-on as an individual contributor, while also guiding teams toward shared objectives.
