Analyst – Master Data Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst – Master Data Management to manage and govern vendor master data across our Finance and Procurement functions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate vendor records, compliant supplier onboarding, and seamless financial and procurement operations across ERP platforms.
You will act as a key liaison between Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and vendors, ensuring high data integrity, strong controls, and continuous process improvement.
What you will do
Create, maintain, and govern vendor master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance across ERP systems
Own end-to-end supplier onboarding workflows, with a strong focus on Zycus, including validation and approval of vendor documentation prior to ERP integration
Perform independent verification of vendor banking details and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Execute data cleansing activities, resolve discrepancies, and prevent duplicate or inaccurate vendor records
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information
Identify process improvement opportunities; maintain SOPs/DTPs, support reporting, and provide guidance or training to internal users.
What you bring
6–10 years of experience in vendor master data management, finance operations, or shared services environments
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, and vendor compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with Zycus for supplier onboarding and vendor master maintenance, along with ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality, controls, and audit readiness
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
