Intern - Procurement/Supply Chain/Costing

As a Procurement / Supply Chain / Costing Intern, you will support the Global Operations Controlling team by contributing to cost analysis, inventory optimization, and process improvement initiatives. You will be involved in transfer pricing and costing activities, inventory analysis, and automation projects aimed at improving efficiency, cash flow, and decision-making. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and data-driven projects within a global operations environment.
What you will do
Calculate new Transfer Prices based on updated standard costs and support the development of automation solutions for transfer pricing and costing processes
Analyze inventory movements and provisions, and support the development of optimization models to improve cash flow and reduce inventory provisions
Review existing inventory and costing processes to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains
Support ad-hoc analysis and projects related to Procurement and Supply Chain, including savings initiatives and inventory optimization
Participate in process and system improvement projects, leveraging tools such as Power BI and SharePoint to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
What you bring
Fresh/Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
Fundamental understanding of end-to-end business processes and ability to communicate independently with stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data
Willingness to learn finance processes, reporting, and automation concepts
Experience in real world business case and using data to drive business decisions.
