Intern - Mechanical Development

As a Mechanical Development Intern, you will support the Mechanical Development (MD) team in the development and verification of hearing aid hardware. You will work closely with mechanical design experts to support design, testing, investigation, and verification activities for components, sub-assemblies, and devices. This role provides hands-on exposure to mechanical development processes, measurement techniques, and technical documentation in a product development environment.
What you will do
Support mechanical design experts in developing, testing, investigating, and verifying In-The-Ear (ITE) hearing aid hardware, including components, sub-assemblies, and complete devices.
Perform mechanical measurements and accurately document test results.
Support Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance in the PLM system.
Design and create jigs for measurement setups to support testing activities.
Assist with technical documentation and document-related tasks to support mechanical development work.
What you bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
Independent personality with positive learning attitude
Advantage to have knowledge on Lab equipment (e.g. measuring microscope) and CAD tools (e.g. CREO, Rhino)
Proactive and keen learner to pick up different aspects of engineering knowledge.
