Engineer - Complaint Device Investigation

Join our Quality team as Complaint Device Investigation Engineer where you'll play a vital role in complaint investigation and quality administration for medical devices. This position offers excellent growth opportunity and combines documentation expertise with technical investigation skills. You'll work closely with global stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in our complaint handling processes.
What you will do
Manage complaint investigation documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality system standards
Conduct failure analysis on installation processes and support technical investigations related to product complaints
Administer quality processes including audit documentation, reviews, and compliance tracking
Coordinate with global stakeholders on complaint follow-ups, documentation, and resolution activities
Maintain and update quality documentation, work instructions, and procedures in accordance with SOPs
Support internal/external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
5+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or related roles within manufacturing (medical device, semiconductor, or similar industries preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
Strong background in documentation control, regulatory compliance, and quality systems
Proven failure analysis experience (highly preferred)
Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
