Duration:12 month contract Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

The role

An opportunity exists for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Retail Operations Team. You are an experienced Retail Project Lead who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic projects within the ANZ retail network. This includes developing robust business cases for new initiatives and operational readiness.

What we are looking for?

Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations. Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project management for ANZ Retail initiatives, including business case development.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication strategies.

• Lead operational readiness for ANZ Retail initiatives, acting as the key point of contact throughout execution.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Drive governance of projects and initiatives through performance oversight, strategic reporting, and the development of dashboards that inform decision making.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Retail Sales, Marketing, IT, Property, and P&C) to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in project delivery.

• Implement best practices in project governance and reporting.

About you

• You have a Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Audiology background advantageous).

• The ability to demonstrate proven experience in retail project management, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments.

• Strong understanding of hearing healthcare operations and clinical requirements is preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• You have Strategic and analytical thinking skills.

• Leadership and influencing skills.

• Commercial acumen and financial literacy.

• Problem-solving and adaptability.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Change Management experience (highly regarded but not essential)
