Clinical Audiologist (1 Year Contract)

We are looking for an independent, self-driven individual that is able to deliver on-site hearing aid diagnostics and repairs, perform clinical adjustments, and maintain accurate service records while resolving customer concerns. Additionally, you would be supporting service center operations, educating customers on device care, while executing strategic regional projects.
This is a one-year contract role.
What you will do
Diagnose and repair hearing aids on-site, and troubleshoot by diagnosing technical issues effectively
Conduct clinical device checks and make precise adjustments to optimize performance
Maintain accurate service records, track repair cases and customer complaints while providing solutions
Collaborate with the service center team to improve scheduling, patient follow-ups, and workflow efficiency
Educate customers on proper device care and usage to enhance satisfaction and reduce future issues
Work in the regional Clinical Excellence team by executing strategic regional projects.
What you bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Audiology (or equivalent professional qualification)
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations (2-3 times per week)
Advantageous to have:
Good technical knowledge of hearing aid devices, repair procedures, and troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with Signia products is advantageous.
1-3 years' experience of working in a clinical setting
