Firmware Tester

We are looking for a self-driven and analytically strong individual with a structured and collaborative attitude. The role involves creating and maintaining a comprehensive list of test documentation, defining and reviewing subsystem and system-level test cases, developing and executing automated and manual tests, driving clear test reporting and analysis, enhancing test frameworks, and contributing to continuous improvement of system integration and testing processes.
What you will do
Create and maintain a detailed test documentation, including test plans, test specifications, and test reports
Lead the definition and review of subsystem and system-level test cases in collaboration with domain experts to ensure full coverage of typical and atypical scenarios
Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases, while executing and validating manual test cases
Drive test reporting activities, providing clear quantitative and qualitative analysis of test results and overall system quality metrics
Maintain, extend, and optimize the existing test framework and test environments, driving improvements through change requests (CRs)
Contribute to the evolution of system integration and system testing processes, supporting continuous improvement of testing concepts and methodologies.
What you bring
Familiarity with structured documentation processes, including the creation and maintenance of test specifications and related technical documentation
Good understanding of system engineering principles and system verification methodologies
Experience in software and hardware system testing, with knowledge of structured test design methodologies
Ability to develop and maintain automated test environments using scripting frameworks, such as Python.
