The role will be part of our Sales team as an Audiologist/Product Trainer to conduct product training, provide technical support, handle customer inquiries, support company growth initiatives and collaborate with the team.

What you will do

• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product trainings for WS Audiology brands (Signia/Widex), covering features, troubleshooting, upselling, and basic audiology

• Develop, refine, and deliver training materials, clinical support tools, and contribute to SEA webinars in collaboration with the SEA Clinical Excellence Team

• Provide technical support for products, equipment, and software; respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot onsite or remotely

• Support repair and after-sales workflows, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Engage with new business and channel partners through product demos, knowledge sharing, and non-traditional channel training

• Enhance partner professionalism in audiology and product expertise, driving stronger customer experience and business growth.

What you bring

• Comfortable and confident in public speaking; presenting with good written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office & PowerPoint

• Good planning, prioritization and time management

• Good problem-solving, analytical abilities, organizational and interpersonal skills required

• Flexibility to travel on a regular basis (3-4 days weekly).
