Audiologist/Product Trainer

The role will be part of our Sales team as an Audiologist/Product Trainer to conduct product training, provide technical support, handle customer inquiries, support company growth initiatives and collaborate with the team.
What you will do
Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product trainings for WS Audiology brands (Signia/Widex), covering features, troubleshooting, upselling, and basic audiology
Develop, refine, and deliver training materials, clinical support tools, and contribute to SEA webinars in collaboration with the SEA Clinical Excellence Team
Provide technical support for products, equipment, and software; respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot onsite or remotely
Support repair and after-sales workflows, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Engage with new business and channel partners through product demos, knowledge sharing, and non-traditional channel training
Enhance partner professionalism in audiology and product expertise, driving stronger customer experience and business growth.
What you bring
Comfortable and confident in public speaking; presenting with good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office & PowerPoint
Good planning, prioritization and time management
Good problem-solving, analytical abilities, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Flexibility to travel on a regular basis (3-4 days weekly).
