Corporate Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Communications professional to support both internal and external communications across APAC, helping strengthen WSA's brand, reputation, and employee engagement. This role involves content creation, media support, leadership communications, social media management, and collaboration with regional stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across channels.
What you will do
Prepare communication materials such as press releases, articles, presentations, emails, and social media posts.
Help manage internal communication platforms and employee engagement content.
Work with APAC leaders and teams to identify and develop communication stories and key messages.
Support planning of townhalls, videos, and employee communication activities.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and channels.
Manage communication assets and updates on internal platforms such as SharePoint.
Create and schedule social media content for APAC audiences.
Support executive communications and leadership messaging when needed.
What you bring
Experience
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Additional experience in Social Media Management, Content Production would be a bonus.
1-2 years of relevant experience in fields listed above (ideally in a PR agency or in-house role).
Experience in media relations — building relationships with journalists and managing press interactions.
Proven ability to manage internal communications, including newsletters, intranet, and Townhalls (planning, hosting etc.)
Personal competencies
Creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
Professional attitude with a willingness to "get things done."
