Audiologist/Local Product Trainer

We are looking for a personable, professional, and detail-oriented individual to provide product support and training to HCPs and audiologists, while building strong clinical relationships. The role includes supporting product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating technical features into clear clinical benefits.
What you will do
Provide product support and guidance to HCPs and audiologists while building strong clinical relationships
Deliver product and clinical training, workshops, and in-service programs to drive knowledge and adoption
Collaborate with audiology, marketing, and cross-functional teams to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts
Act as a product advocate by translating technical features into clear clinical and patient benefits
Support regional clinical excellence projects and contribute to customer demonstrations and launch events
Manage administrative responsibilities, including accounts and payments, while ensuring compliance with policies and healthcare regulations
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology (or equivalent) with strong clinical experience in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology
Experience delivering product and clinical training to audiologists and healthcare professionals, including support for product launches and implementation
Proficient in speaking English, and the ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous
Willingness to travel regularly to various locations (2-3 times per week)
