Intern - HR Data Analyst (Global Rewards)

As a HR Data Analyst Intern (Global Rewards), you will support the Global Rewards team in delivering compensation and benefits initiatives, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and project coordination. You will be involved in processing and maintaining large datasets, supporting dashboard development, and contributing to global benchmarking activities. This role offers valuable exposure to global HR practices, compensation frameworks, and data-driven decision making in a corporate environment.
What you will do
Support the rollout of Global Rewards projects by processing and maintaining large volumes of HR data to ensure project progress and accuracy
Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and tools using Power BI
Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data for global benchmarking and market surveys
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems by coordinating with country HR teams, especially for annual compensation reviews
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Global Rewards team as required.
What you bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage
Interest in compensation, benefits, and global HR practices
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across regions
Proactive, responsible, and able to manage large datasets and multiple tasks effectively.
