Executive 1 -Spares and Return QC

We are looking for an Executive – Spares and Return QC with strong expertise in quality inspection, inventory management, and return handling processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining accurate spares inventory, and supporting smooth production and service operations while adhering to company standards and procedures.
What you will do
Conduct visual and functional inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and returned units using microscopes and testing tools.
Verify customer return units against documentation and contractual requirements before processing.
Manage inventory by tracking parts usage and maintaining accurate stock records.
Assemble, disassemble, and test electronic components and mobile devices, including part replacements.
Support production planning by reviewing requirements and coordinating work orders.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and not used if faulty or out of calibration while maintaining workplace cleanliness.
What you bring
2–4 years of experience in QC, electronics/mechanical assembly, and inventory handling.
Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques and inventory systems.
Hands-on experience with precision tools and electronic component repair.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-precision environments.
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience:
Performed inspections to ensure product quality and performance standards.
Managed inventory systems and maintained accurate records of repairs and production.
Assembled and repaired electronic components and mobile devices with precision.
Maintained stock levels to support uninterrupted production and service operations.
Conducted routine equipment checks and ensured proper operational standards.
