Website Specialist

We are looking for a Website Specialist to ensure our company’s websites are fully functional, visually appealing, and aligned with business and brand objectives. You will manage day-to-day website operations, implement updates and improvements, and work closely with internal teams and the global team to deliver seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, strong content management skills, and problem-solving ability to maintain high-performing, secure, and user-friendly websites that support marketing campaigns and drive business goals.
What you will do
Manage and update websites using platforms such as WordPress and Sitecore
Build and maintain pages using templates and component-based structures
Implement website updates, landing pages, and campaign-related changes
Configure web forms and integrate them with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Monitor website performance, SEO, and analytics using tools like Google Analytics
Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites, domains, DNS, SSL, and hosting
Ensure responsive design, accessibility, UX/UI best practices, and brand consistency
Collaborate with local and global teams on website enhancements and digital initiatives
Use AI tools for content support, SEO insights, automation, and productivity improvements
What you bring
Key Skills
Core Technical Skills
· Hands-on experience managing websites on platforms such as WordPress and Sitecore, including content updates, template usage, and component-based page building.
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts.
· Experience configuring web forms and integrating them with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics).
Optimization & Analytics
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
· Ability to use website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor traffic and performance.
Infrastructure Awareness
· Working knowledge of domain management, DNS, SSL certificates, and hosting environments.
· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions effectively.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and the global team.
Design, UX & Brand
· Awareness of UX/UI principles and responsive design for desktop and mobile.
· Ability to maintain brand consistency across websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
· Experience working with page layouts, visual hierarchy, accessibility standards, and user journey considerations.
· Understanding of conversion-focused web design principles for lead generation and campaign landing pages.
Productivity & Collaboration
· Strong communication skills to work with local and global teams.
· Ability to manage multiple website tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
· Practical use of AI tools (e.g., for content generation, SEO insights, designs, automation).
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
· Exposure to multilingual websites
· Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field.
· 3–4 years of experience in website management, web development, or digital platform support.
· Proven ability to start quickly with minimal onboarding.
· Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar platforms.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
· Ability to adapt and collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
