We are looking for a passionate and quality-driven Lead Automation Test Engineer to join our engineering team. The role requires strong expertise in modern automation frameworks, manual testing, BDD practices, and agile delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving innovation, mentoring teams, and enabling scalable testing solutions across modern applications and hardware-integrated systems.

What you will do

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using TypeScript, Gherkin, and BDD.

• Perform manual, exploratory, integration, and hardware testing activities.

• Work with Playwright and WebDriverIO for end-to-end test automation.

• Monitor CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with developers for defect analysis and root cause identification.

• Mentor team members and contribute to innovation, POCs, and AI adoption.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development and Testing.

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Engineer or Senior QA Lead.

• Strong expertise in Playwright, WebDriverIO, TypeScript, and BDD/Gherkin.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Insights.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and scaled agile frameworks.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of Microservices, Clean Architecture, and event-driven systems.

• Exposure to Hardware Integration Testing and device-level validation.

• Experience using AI tools/solutions to improve engineering and testing efficiency is a plus.
