Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships across healthcare and audiology markets. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing alternate sales channels, and increasing adoption of WS Audiology products through strategic execution and customer engagement.
What you will do
Meet customers regularly to present and discuss WS Audiology products and solutions, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Identify, design, and implement new business opportunities, alternate channels, and innovative approaches to increase sales.
Focus on acquiring competitor customers and converting them to WS Audiology solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to expand business across assigned territories and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, audiologists, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competition, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, Audiology, and Operations to support business objectives.
Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities to promote product adoption.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and business development KPIs.
What you bring
Experience
5–10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within:
Medical devices
Hearing aids / audiology
Healthcare or diagnostic equipment
Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion.
Strong understanding of B2B healthcare markets.
Strong network within the healthcare or audiology industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and position technical/medical products effectively.
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Self-motivated with strong business acumen and customer focus.
