Intern - Procurement

As a Procurement Intern, you will support the Procurement team in procurement operations, supplier management, sourcing activities, and compliance processes. You will work closely with category managers, suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement execution and accurate data management. This role offers hands-on exposure to procure-to-pay operations, sourcing processes, spend analysis, and supplier engagement within a global business environment.
What you will do
Support procurement operations and administrative activities, including tracking procurement requests, supplier onboarding, and maintaining procurement documentation
Assist in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including reviewing purchase requisitions, following up on purchase orders and invoice payments, and resolving invoice discrepancies with Finance/AP teams
Support supplier onboarding and compliance reviews, ensuring required documentation is completed and maintained
Assist category managers with RFQ/RFP preparation, supplier communications, and sourcing activities
Conduct spend analysis and data validation, including monthly spending reviews, category reporting, and supplier payment terms tracking
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to gather requirements, provide procurement process guidance, and support project execution
Organize procurement records, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
What you bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic procurement environment.
