Global Product Manager

As a Global Product Manager, you'll own the 3–5 year roadmap for your category and carry it from concept through to market, working closely with R&D, Operations, and colleagues across Singapore, Germany, and Denmark.
What you will do
Own and drive the multi-year product roadmap for your category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Define product and market requirements based on market research, competitive analysis, and emerging technology trends
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept and New Product Introduction (NPI) through to end-of-life (EOL) planning
Champion the voice of the customer, synthesizing insights from hearing care professionals, distribution partners, and end users
Lead cross-functional project teams with R&D and Operations to deliver on-time, on-target, on-quality global product launches
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge bank for your category, capturing market insights, technical lessons, and regulatory considerations.
What you bring
5–10 years of solid product management experience, with a track record managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization
University degree in Audiology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market, customer, and financial data into actionable decisions
Experience leading international, cross-functional projects across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
Working knowledge of marketing and brand management, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus)
Self-driven, solutions-oriented, and an excellent communicator, comfortable working across cultures, seniority levels, and varying workload intensity; fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
