Launch Execution Manager, Lifecycle Management

We are looking for a launch execution manager who will drive end-to-end execution of product launches, lifecycle activities and global Operations. The role is responsible for ensuring that product introductions, changes, and phase outs are implemented effectively and with minimal disruption across operations.
By driving cross-functional coordination and execution discipline, the role enables reliable launches, smooth product transitions, and strong operational performance across the global portfolio.
What you will do
Launch & execution:
Drive end-to-end execution of product launches from an Operations perspective.
Plan and lead launch readiness activities, including hypercare setup, cross-functional alignment, and go-live preparation.
Facilitate hypercare forums to actively manage issues, track progress, and ensure timely resolution before and after launch.
Act as the central coordination point within Operations during launches and transitions.
Ensure clear communication, alignment, and follow-up across stakeholders to drive execution and resolve dependencies.
Lifecycle transitions:
Execute lifecycle transitions, including product changes and phase out, ensuring alignment across functions and sites.
Ensure structured and controlled implementation of changes to minimize operational and customer impact. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to product transitions, including supply constraints, obsolescence, and capacity challenges.
Continuous improvement
Contribute to improving launch and lifecycle execution processes, including hypercare structure, tools, and ways of working.
Support increased transparency, efficiency, and execution discipline across Operations.
What you bring
Minimum 5-8 years of related professional experience
Excellent project management skills and familiar with the use of Project Management Methodologies
Good understanding of SCM Framework and Operations Structure
Background in regulated industry will be an advantage
Program Management or Agile Project Management certification considered an advantage
