Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing finance and a passion for turning operational data into business insights?
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to partner closely with our Finance Controller in supporting manufacturing finance, financial reporting, costing, and operational decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to our manufacturing operations, including structured training and knowledge transfer to help you succeed in the business.
What you will do
Support the Finance Controller in preparing monthly financial reports, manufacturing performance dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Drive product costing activities, including annual standard cost roll, inventory cycle counts, work-in-progress (WIP) counts, and fixed asset control
Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and year-end audit requirements for the Philippine entity
Partner with the outsourced accounting team to ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality, and Operations teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, strengthen financial controls, and optimize operational costs.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification is an advantage but not required
At least 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of Philippine tax compliance, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements
Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory controls, financial reporting, and general accounting principles
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power Query and/or Power BI is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, learning agility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
