Senior Engineer, Test Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our Test Development efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating innovative testing systems and software to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Your expertise will directly impact operational goals, ensuring timely production support and successful product launches. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering issues and drive improvements in our production test methodologies.
What you will do
Design, develop, and implement creative software solutions for testing (C, C++, C#, WPF, .NET Core) and manage hardware interfacing.
Collaborate with product owners to influence the strategy for future product features and system capabilities.
Work with NPI, R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Interface with external suppliers and vendors to develop and maintain test systems.
Lead test debugging and develop test algorithms to resolve software and hardware issues. Identify flaws in existing systems and create solutions to improve production test effectiveness.
Create test specifications and validate testing systems to ensure product consistency.
Supervise and provide guidance to Engineers and Technicians, supporting their professional growth.
What you bring
Experience
Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
More than 5 years of relevant working experience in a testing or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in software development using C, C++, and C#.
Experience with hardware and software application.
Proven experience leading projects or working independently on company initiatives. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
