About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our Neutral Bay Clinic. You'll work closely with customers, audiologists, and the wider team to ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, responding to enquiries and providing tailored information about our services and products.
Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
Guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
Performing minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate customer records.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
To be successful, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Eligibility Requirement:
Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
