Senior Platform Architect

We are looking for a Senior Platform Architect to define and drive our cloud-native platform strategy. You will be responsible for designing scalable Kubernetes-based platforms, establishing architecture standards, and enabling engineering teams with modern platform capabilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape the future of our infrastructure while improving developer experience, reliability, and platform adoption
What you will do
Define and maintain the architecture and standards for Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure.
Create and maintain Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) to ensure consistent technical decisions.
Build proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging CNCF technologies for platform capabilities.
Drive platform adoption by providing technical guidance, workshops, and architectural best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and establish platform "golden paths."
Design and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability practices.
What you bring
Experience
Extensive experience designing enterprise Kubernetes platforms with expert knowledge of Kubernetes and CNCF technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Experience with cloud-native tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Istio, and Crossplane.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, GitOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering best practices.
Exposure to AI/ML platform architectures, including deploying and managing AI workloads on Kubernetes, with an understanding of MLOps practices and AI observability.
Knowledge of scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms and emerging AI infrastructure patterns integrated with cloud-native and platform engineering practices.
