What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Audiologist, you will:

• Assess and diagnose hearing loss using evidence-based audiological techniques and best-practice clinical standards.

• Deliver exceptional client-centred care and recommend tailored hearing solutions.

• Support clients throughout their hearing journey, creating positive and life-changing experiences.

• Participate in structured learning and professional development activities throughout the graduate program.

• Build relationships with local healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.

• Promote hearing health awareness and contribute to growing Bloom's presence within your community.

What We're Looking For

· Passionate about helping people and making a meaningful impact.

· Curious, eager to learn and committed to continuous professional development.

· Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships.

· Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.

· Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.

· In their final year of, or recently completed, a Bachelor or Master qualification in Audiology.

· A current Student Member of Audiology Australia (AudA) or ACAud.

· Successfully completed, or be on track to successfully complete, an accredited Audiology qualification prior to commencing the program
