HR Systems Specialist

Join our HR Excellence team and help shape the employee experience through reliable and user-friendly HR technology. In this role, you will support Workday and HR service delivery solutions, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, data quality, and continuous improvement across our HR systems.
What you will do
Support the daily operation, availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration maintenance of Workday and HR Service Delivery solutions
Provide first and second line HRIS support, resolve system issues with HR, IT and vendors, and escalate incidents when required
Assist with Workday configuration, testing, release management, documentation, deployment activities, and maintenance of service management elements including templates, routing rules and SLAs
Maintain HRIS workbooks, design documents, configuration catalogues, and audit-ready documentation to support governance and knowledge continuity
Support data quality, reporting, dashboards, validation controls, and adherence to HR master data standards across Workday
Own and support HRIS governance, reporting compliance, access controls, audit readiness, and continuous data improvement initiatives.
What you bring
Experience
3+ years of experience working with global cloud-based HRIS solutions together with initial experience or strong interest in Workday HCM and HR technology
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Service Management or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous
Understanding of HR processes and experience with HRIS configuration, reporting, security concepts, and HR Service Management capabilities
Strong data literacy with knowledge of data models, data strategy, reporting, data quality controls, and governance principles
Service-minded approach with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, senior HRIS stakeholders, and external vendors
Continuous improvement mindset with integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and a focus on automation, standardization, and user experience.
