The Opportunity
As an Audiologist with Bloom Hearing Specialists, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and an improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques
Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health
Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices
Promoting hearing health awareness through local community engagement and outreach activities
Building and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals
Contributing to the continued success and growth of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences
About You
You are passionate about improving lives through better hearing and enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and healthcare professionals alike.
To be successful, you will have:
A current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (AudA) or ACAud
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care
The ability to effectively manage your day and balance clinical and business development responsibilities
A passion for making a difference in regional communities
