Alexis joined WSA through Sivantos in June 2017, and since then has been building a fast response organization and process to attract effectively top-notch executives. He leads the Talent Acquisition team and has a focus on Director and VP roles, across functions and geographies.

Prior joining the company in 2017, Alexis worked for over 16 years with various executive search firms and most recently with Russell Reynolds Associates in Paris (2005-2011) and in Singapore (2011-2017) with an expertise in senior leadership roles for Consumer and Healthcare companies. Alexis graduated in International Business in France and Italy.
