As a Hardware Development Intern, you’ll dive into cutting-edge ESD testing, harnessing innovative tools and techniques to enhance performance and drive impactful improvements in Hearing Aids.

What you will do

• Work with an Automated Collaborative Robot Arm system to test and enhance ESD performance.
• Apply audio DSP processing techniques to identify and analyze ESD-induced degradation.
• Develop strategies to correlate telecoil and ESD simulation results with real-world measurements.
• Assist in testing and evaluating the effects of ESD on Hearing Aids.

What you bring

Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong independence, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and innovation.
• Proficient in basic electronics with experience using oscilloscopes and testing equipment for evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of audio DSP processing and its role in detecting audio degradation.
• Basic understanding of ESD principles and their impact on electronics.
• Prior experience in automation projects is a plus.
