Technician

What you will do
- Perform model conversion setup and execute production buyoff procedure for mass production run
- Assist in setting up new machine and carrying out relocation activities if required
- Perform trouble shooting and analysis on product quality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions
- Carry out preventive maintenance to material handler machines, automated mobile robot system and post testing process machines such as depaneling, coating and dispenser machines and other automation machines including tooling jig & fixtures
- Initiate and carry out continuous improvement project to improve the manufacturing productivity and efficiency of equipment
- Provide control and monitoring of production machine spare part inventory and indirect material inventory
What you bring
Experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience in production & manufacturing engineering
- Good experience in manufacturing automation system or other customized automation machines
- Good technical skill with hands on knowledge in depaneling, coater and dispensing machines and material handling machine with automated mobile robot system
- Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram
- Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills on printed circuit board (PCBA)
- Microsoft Office and other advanced computing knowledge is an added advantage
• Knowledge of PLC and Mechanical CAD Design is an added advantage
• Knowledge in factory automation or low-cost automation is an added advantage

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in electro-pneumatics and electro-mechanical systems
