Customer Solutions Executive

If yes, we can offer you a position as a Customer Solutions Executive and be part of our Customer Service Team providing proactive, quality customer service for our customers.
What you will do
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, backlog management, and proactive customer communication
- Ensure accurate billing and credit note issuance
- Collaborate with affiliates to improve order processes (frequency, loading, DG, SWAP)
- Drive continuous process improvements with affiliates and stakeholders
- Participate in internal projects to optimize operations
- Expedite and coordinate shipments to prevent delays.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience, with customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent collaboration, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
- ERP system knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
