What will you do?

• As an Executive Technical, you will be responsible for soldering and desoldering electronic components in the production and repair line. 
• You will handle production spares, ensure safety and 5S concepts are followed, and perform basic QMS documentation. 
• Your role will also involve repairing hearing aids, assembling and disassembling electronic parts, and having adequate knowledge of ESD control methods and procedures. 
• You will build and assemble products, sub-assemblies, and components, and conduct visual inspections and use testing instruments.

What you bring?

Strong technical and process knowledge -

• Field of Study: Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Professional Work Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience working in the electronics industry.
• Qualification & Skills:

• Excellent soldering skills.

• Graduate with relevant experience.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Adequate knowledge of ESD control methods and procedures.

• Ability to build and assemble products, sub-assemblies, and components.

• Experience in visual inspection and using testing instruments.

Collaboration and responsibility

• Handle production spares and ensure safety and 5S concepts are followed.
• Perform basic QMS documentation.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on technical plans.
• Work with colleagues to design specific strategies for technical improvements.
• Adhere to technical schedules and own the responsibility for the quality of work delivered.
