Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Customer Service Executive to manage orders, ensuring seamless processing, stakeholder collaboration, and timely delivery. You will handle custom-made and remake orders of hearing aid devices and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including Production, Sales, Engineering and IT to flag issues, expedite and clarify orders and repairs, create ERP item configurations, and generate reports when applicable.
What you will do
- Process custom-made hearing aid orders and remakes in ERP, including touching up customer's ear impressions, scanning customer's ear impression to production and clarifying with customer on order requirements when applicable
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Production, in-country Sales, Audiologists, Customer Service, and customers, to clarify and expedite orders, repairs, and remakes, ensuring timely shipments within service level agreements
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for ERP item configuration prior to product launches and liaise with IT to log and resolve service tickets related to order processing issues
- Collate and generate monthly report on turnaround time and ad-hoc reports required by manager.
What you bring
Experience
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in Customer Service and Order Processing
- Experience in handling custom-made hearing aid orders and technical inquiries will be an advantage
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is crucial
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel for reporting and analysis
- Diploma in a relevant field.

- Strong willingness to learn, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
