Manager, IT Change Management

As an IT Change Manager, you will oversee and control the process of implementing changes in IT systems while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, maintaining operational stability, and minimizing risks. You will be responsible for assessing change requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring proper risk evaluation and mitigation strategies are in place.This position has a direct impact on operational plans and goals, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining business continuity.
What you will do
- Oversee IT Change Management by reviewing and approving Change Requests in CAB meetings, ensuring business prioritization and ROI, engaging key stakeholders (PMs, PGO, WSA IT, vendors), and harmonizing processes across WSA IT, especially for validated key systems
- Manage solution delivery schedules from various stakeholders, including vendors, through the full SDLC, coordinating with WSA IT testers and PGO until deployment, while ensuring compliance with computer system validation and good documentation practices
- Lead IT Change Management staffing by training team members, ensuring necessary skill sets, and overseeing talent acquisition, from CV selection to interviews and onboarding
- Maintain the IT Change Management Dashboard, including the Financial Dashboard, and regularly present KPI reports to management using JIRA/Smartsheet.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Change Management and Project Management within the Medical Device industry
- Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Good Documentation Practices
- Experienced leading teams in the Medical Device industry
- Proficiency in IT Change Management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet, including their integration.

- Confident in challenging stakeholders to align with business objectives and best practices.
