Position Overview: As an Infor Finance System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing advanced support and solutions for operational issues within the EMEA region. You will leverage your expertise in Infor LN ERP Finance applications to troubleshoot, customize, and enhance the system, ensuring alignment with strategic operations and governance processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for new business requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system.

What You Will Do:

• Support for operational issues in the EMEA region.
• Troubleshoot and analyze root causes, providing technical advice or resolutions to the support team and solutions to business units.
• Support operational projects by implementing required configurations, customizations, training, and testing.
• Serve as the internal ERP specialist in Finance for the ERP System Infor LN and Financial Applications area.
• Participate in discussions to identify solutions for new business requirements.
• Align with Process Governance for implementing strategic operations and improving daily operations.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in managing ERP operations and support.
• Experience with Infor LN ERP Finance applications, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in ERP rollout or project management in global projects.
• Master’s degree or higher in finance.
• Certification/Licenses/Specialized Knowledge:
  • Infor ERP LN functional and technical knowledge.
  • Software Development Life Cycle.
  • ITIL Framework.
  • Database (Oracle/MS SQL).
  • File Transfer Systems.
