What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality audiology clinical services and supervise clinical staff.

• Support daily operations across marketing, customer service, and technical support.

• Handle and resolve audiology-related customer complaints; drive improvement actions.

• Coach and advise Audiologists to ensure service excellence.

• Enhance audiology service processes to optimize the client experience across Widex HK centres.

• Identify new business opportunities in audiology.

• Meet company KPIs and engage professionally with ENT doctors, hospitals, and external partners.

• Lead or support ad-hoc projects assigned by the Line Manager.

What You Bring

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in audiology or hearing-aid clinical services; clinical centre experience preferred.

• Proven track record in project execution and operational support.

• Strong ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
