Product Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Specialist to support our medical device portfolio in the local market. This role serves as the product expert for internal teams and external partners, ensuring strong product understanding, effective training delivery, and seamless coordination across sales, marketing, customer service, and distributors. The position plays a key role in driving product adoption, competitive positioning, and clinical confidence in the field.
What you will do
Act as the product expert, responding to product inquiries, supporting troubleshooting, and coordinating after-sales service with Customer Service teams
Plan, prepare, and deliver product training and product pitching sessions for dealers, distributors, and hearing care professionals
Support product launches, product lifecycle management, and portfolio positioning in collaboration with the Country Sales Manager
Work closely with regulatory and commercial teams to support product registration, renewals, tenders, and order-related documentation
Collaborate with marketing to localize materials, support campaigns, and ensure effective product displays and promotional tools in the market.
What you bring
University degree in a medical, audiology, ENT, or related field; medical device or pharmaceutical background is required
2–3 years of experience as a Product Specialist, with at least 3 years in an MNC environment preferred
Strong understanding of audiology or ENT products, with the ability to clearly explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Confident trainer and presenter with strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to tailor content to different audiences
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malay, with a collaborative, structured, and customer-oriented working style.
