Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive the BSC business through marketing initiatives for BSCs in India.
This role will shape how our BSC’s connect with professionals, partners and consumers — driving preference and growth in a fast-evolving hearing care market.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional who blends customer insight, creative excellence, and commercial acumen to deliver results.
What you will do
1. Business Development
Business development with long-term strategies for BSC’s ensuring alignment with WSA’s global retail vision while adapting to local market realities.
Strengthening channel leadership and BSC differentiation from normal partners through compelling narratives and customer experience.
Build and maintain a premium, trusted, and contemporary brand image across all touchpoints.
2. Integrated Business Planning & Events
Develop and execute initiatives for BSCs covering B2B and B2C.
Plan and manage internal and external events, partners meet, conferences with robust Brand visibility and communication.
3. Partner, Consumer & Professional Engagement
Translate BSC partner, consumer and audiologist insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Lead awareness and lead-generation campaigns through both traditional and digital platforms for BSC partners.
Develop strong association with BSC partners to enhance brand advocacy and preference.
4. Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and category dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
Evaluate campaign performance and measure brand KPIs — awareness, engagement, market share, and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing spends and improve effectiveness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business development, Audiology, Operation and Training teams to ensure alignment and impact across the business.
Contribute to the broader Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives within WSA India.
What you bring
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, consumer health, or premium technology sectors.
Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiative and communication plans.
Marketing Experience, if any will make the candidature further stronger.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C dynamics.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
