We build for diverse users across customer segments (B2B) and consumer (B2C) journeys. We’re looking for a mixed‑methods researcher with quantitative depth who can connect rich qualitative insights with surveys, product analytics, and data sources available from different departments to drive clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.

End-to-end mixed-methods execution - design and run rigorous research from problem framing through analysis and synthesis, translate findings into clear, actionable insights with measurable business impact.
Insight-driven decision enablement - partner with Product Management, Design Teams, Analytics, Marketing/Brand, Operations, and Leadership to convert ambiguous business questions into testable plans.
Quantitative and qualitative mastery - build metrics and measurement frameworks; design and analyze surveys (including conjoint/MaxDiff); conduct segmentation and driver analysis; lead discovery interviews, usability and concept testing, diary and field studies; and craft artifacts (e.g., user journeys, service blueprints) that clarify user needs and trade-offs.
What you bring
5-7 years of UX research experience with a strong mixed-methods portfolio, including quantitative research, analytics, or applied research in complex or large-scale organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading quantitative research initiatives with clear product or business impact.
