What you will do

• Execute production buyoff procedure and shop floor line support.

• Perform trouble shooting and analysis on internal / External product quality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions.

• Provide daily task report.

• Support projects ( SMART LEAN / CIP continuous improvement projects ) , trial run and cost saving evaluation.

• Identify and monitor production process / machine parameters.

• Ensuring process checklist / logbooks are maintained.

• Support new process set up ( NPI ).

• Assist process documentation / Work Instruction and provide training to manufacturing personnel

• Able to do measurement for the 2nd source component trial run.

What you bring

Experience

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in production & engineering field

•  Experienced in SMT industry or other other related manufacturing industry

• Experienced in Gas Coating Process or any related PCB coating internment.

• Good technical skill with hands on knowledge in SMT machines

• Able to perform measurement like caliper or digital microscope.

• Personal competencies

• Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram

• Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills on printed circuit board (PCBA)
