Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain

We are seeking a delivery-focused Supply Chain Financial Controller to drive end-to-end financial management of supply chain operations. In this role, you will partner with supply chain leadership to ensure cost transparency, optimize working capital, and provide actionable insights through reporting, KPIs, and scenario modeling. You will monitor inventory valuation, maintain strong internal controls, and proactively identify risks while supporting operational initiatives across procurement, logistics, and warehousing. Day to day, you will foster collaboration across finance, supply chain, and BI teams to strengthen governance, efficiency, and adoption of best practices.
What you will do
Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvement, including E&O management, provisioning analysis, and inventory turn improvements
Partner with supply chain teams to review action plans, monitor risks, and track actions impacting future provisions
Own end-to-end financial management and control for supply chain operations, covering planning, forecasting, month-end close, inventory accounting, internal controls, and S&OP / IBP support
Lead supply chain cost and performance analytics by analyzing freight, duty, and overhead costs, developing/tracking KPIs, providing lane-level cost transparency, and partnering with transportation procurement to understand cost drivers
Act as a strategic finance partner to supply chain leaders by delivering actionable insights, challenging assumptions, enhancing controls and reporting with BI teams, and driving actions to capture opportunities and mitigate risks
Ensure compliance and governance across supply chain finance by maintaining inventory reporting integrity in ERP systems, coordinating audits, and identifying inventory, quality, and regulatory risks.
What you bring
Experience
3-5 years of progressive experience in finance
A university degree in supply chain, finance, or business
Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory accounting principles
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Proven ability to analyze supply chain costs and performance to support decision-making
Experience driving working capital improvements and reducing inventory risk
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
