Demand Planner

We are seeking a data-driven Demand Planner to manage and optimize the end-to-end forecasting and inventory process for hearing aids and accessories. In this role, you will develop, review, and adjust demand forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance teams, and drive global S&OP processes to align plans with business objectives. You will monitor inventory levels, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis to support key stakeholders. Day to day, you will also identify and implement process improvements, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient demand planning across regions.
What you will do
Develop, review, and adjust demand forecasts using statistical models, sales data, and market trends, while considering EOL, promotions, tenders, and understanding new product launches and requirements for hearing aids and accessories in line with launch plans
Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with affiliates and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and proactively address supply issues
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align demand plans with business objectives and promotional activities
Drive global demand planning and S&OP processes, communicating with stakeholders to manage risks and opportunities, influence country- and product-level decisions, and ensure alignment with sale budgets and forecasts
Prepare and analyze reports on forecast accuracy and inventory status, providing insights to the demand planning team and key stakeholders
Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance demand planning forecast accuracy and efficiency, contributing to implementation of best practices.
What you bring
Experience
3-5 years of experience in data analytics and forecasting sales demand using statistical tools (Excel), in mid or large-scale international organizations
A university degree in business management, logistics, supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or other related studies
APCS SC Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, inventory management, PBI, and strategic planning
Strong abilities in data analysis and reporting, managing complex issues and large data sets, with solid knowledge of supply chain processes, forecasting methods, and business statistics
Proficiency in integrated supply chain and analytic tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint
Excellent assertive English communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate, influence, and solve problems cross-functionally and with global teams.
