We’re looking for a Production Planner (with Material Planning exposure) to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This role is primarily focused on production planning, with involvement in material coordination to support smooth production flow. You will work closely with HQ, Production, and Customer Service to translate demand into executable plans while managing constraints across materials and capacity.
What you will do
Plan and execute production orders for new, existing, and phase-out products to meet on-time delivery requirements/targets
Review backlog and incoming orders, providing accurate delivery commitments to HQ Customer Service
Monitor production output trends and work closely with Production to adjust schedules (pull-in/push-out) as needed
Support material planning by following up on shortages with HQ to ensure production continuity
Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service levels and inventory exposure
Generate and analyze planning and performance reports (delivery, output, aging orders) using ERP/Excel tools.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or related supply chain roles
Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a planning or inventory context
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Exposure/working knowledge of Power BI or data analytics for operational insights is an advantage
Solid understanding of planning, inventory flow, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
