Order Fulfillment Executive

Join a fast-paced regional supply chain environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer order fulfillment and delivery execution. This role sits at the intersection of customer service and supply chain operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a high-quality, customer-centric experience while driving continuous improvements across processes.
What you will do
Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment across APAC and Europe
Proactively monitor and resolve order backlogs by coordinating with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
Oversee shipment execution, working closely with forwarders and couriers to ensure on-time delivery
Ensure accurate billing and credit note issuance in line with company policies and controls
Act as a key liaison between affiliates, distribution centers, and internal stakeholders on order and delivery matters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with stakeholders (e.g., order optimization, DG handling, SWAP planning, process enhancements).
What you bring
2–3 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain operations environment
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills in a cross-functional setup
Working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred; proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Exposure to APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, or advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, macros) is a plus.
