Join a high-impact manufacturing environment where you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, production stability, and quality performance. As a Senior Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations while partnering cross-functionally and with contract manufacturers to ensure seamless production flow, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who thrives in fast-paced, quality-driven industries such as electronics or medical devices.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, yield, and delivery targets

• Partner closely with contract manufacturers to resolve operational issues and ensure production stability

• Drive production planning execution by monitoring schedules, WIP, material readiness, and output performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse to align capacity, materials, and logistics

• Supervise and coach production teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and performance expectations

• Champion continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving (RCA, CAPA).

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (electronics or medical devices preferred)

• Strong expertise in production control, process management, and regulatory standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and multi-line manufacturing environments

• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Operations Excellence methodologies (certification is a plus)

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
