We're looking for a Contract Audiologist to support our sales and training efforts in Taiwan. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your audiological expertise to a global team dedicated to improving the lives of people with hearing loss.

What you will do

Product Training:

• Conduct training sessions for hearing care professionals on hearing aid features, fitting techniques, and customer engagement strategies

• Support customers in understanding and communicating the technical specifications and benefits of different hearing aid models.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive business growth

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations

Technical Service:

• Assist dealers with WSA equipment-related issues, including troubleshooting and technical inquiries.

What you bring

• Licensed Audiologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hearing aid industry

• Strong understanding of hearing aid technology, fitting techniques, and industry standards

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with customers and internal team

• Ability to converse in English

• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations effectively

• Flexibility to travel on a regular basis (2-3 times weekly).
