Join us to build AI systems that replace traditional test automation using LLMs, agents, and computer vision. This is a hands-on builder role for engineers who enjoy solving complex challenges with Python, AI, and automation

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered systems using local LLMs and RAG pipelines to analyze and interact with mobile applications

• Build agentic workflows / autonomous agents capable of generating scenarios, exploring app behavior, and detecting defects

• Develop multi-modal AI solutions using Computer Vision (OpenCV) and OCR for UI understanding and validation

• Create Python-based frameworks to interact with real-world hardware systems (HIL) via USB, Bluetooth, and Serial interfaces

• Deploy and scale on-premise AI systems using Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI)

• Continuously improve system intelligence using feedback loops, failure analysis, and model iteration

What you bring

Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Experience with Computer Vision / OCR for real-world applications

• Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium) as part of larger systems

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying scalable applications

Nice to Have

• Experience with local LLMs (Ollama, Llama.cpp) and frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex / RAG systems

• Exposure to agentic or multi-agent systems

• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) / System-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing

• Familiarity with Android or iOS ecosystems
