What you will do
Market-Specific Simulation Profile Management
Gather, validate, and consolidate market inputs for simulation profiles used in fitting software.
Ensure that market planning assumptions (e.g., device availability, needs per country) are reflected prior to each release. Transfer finalized inputs into R&D development systems for all the brands.
Software Quality Management
Continuously review SW builds for completeness and correctness.
Validate product portfolio details, claims, translations, branding, and customization items.
Liaise with R&D test teams, brand teams, and Ops to ensure consistent and high-quality user experience.
Software Release Plan & Download Link Coordination –
Create, validate, and share software download links with local PMs and markets prior to activation.
Ensure correct distribution of download materials, including private-label SW and key account versions. Maintain the global release plan and update repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
Marketing Material Planning, Coordination & Handover
Plan and manage delivery of all marketing inputs required for software implementation, including images, color ranges, product claims, links to brand sites, and News.
Consolidate and validate marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and fitness for implementation. Coordinate handover with R&D for timely integration and drive alignment with PMs and brand counterparts.
Upman Activation Planning for Update Manager
Collect activation dates from markets and manage the release activation process across brands and countries.
Coordinate deployment of software via the Update Manager for all brands. Maintain planning files and release-related documentation.
What’s New” Release Presentation & Content Creation
Compile market-relevant information based on CR lists and requirements.
Develop user-friendly, easy-to-understand release presentations for commercial frontline teams and HCPs. Manage filtering technical information coming from R&D to ensure market relevance.
Post-Release Software Management
Act as the primary point of contact for markets and affiliates on released software.
Address urgent field requests, support bug investigations, and decide on patch needs. Participate in SW Core Release review forums and coordinate CR management.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Continuous Activities
Support KA and private-label customization topics. Collaborate with Sales, Brand, Ops, and R&D on alignment of launch planning and communication.
Contribute to ALMA roadmap planning to ensure timely release sequencing and portfolio completeness. Support R&D with new business needs and ongoing requirements from HDB systems.
As a Product Operations Manager
Organize, optimize and systemize routine practice.
Build a foundation of excellence in the PM team through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, and reporting.
Help build the right configuration tool and process for the cloud journey.
What you bring
5+ years of experience as product manager.
Skilled in managing releases across multi‑product ecosystems with strong control of versioning, dependencies, and deployment workflows.
Strong cross‑functional collaborator, ensuring alignment and readiness across engineering, QA, UX, localization, support, and business teams.
Experienced in optimizing and systemizing PM processes for greater efficiency and consistency. With proven ability to build scalable foundations: metrics, reporting, best‑practice frameworks, and streamlined workflows.
Strong continuous‑improvement mindset, identifying gaps and driving operational enhancements. Expertise in configuration tooling and processes supporting scalable, cloud‑based product delivery.
Supports cloud transformation by aligning operational practices with modern cloud workflows.
