Intern - IT Support

As an IT Support Intern, you will support the IT team in providing both in-person and remote technical assistance to end users. You will be involved in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT equipment, and supporting daily IT operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT support processes, user training, and collaboration with global IT teams in a dynamic working environment.
What you will do
Provide in-person and remote IT support, addressing user tickets related to applications, hardware, and system issues
Troubleshoot and resolve standard hardware and software problems (e.g. computers, printers, telephones, scanners, office and production software)
Support the setup, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and network devices
Assist with installation and upgrades of software, including production and logistics systems.
Manage IT equipment inventory, including stock tracking and data entry
Collaborate with global IT teams and external support vendors to resolve more complex issues
Support user training and guidance on IT tools and systems.
What you bring
Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Windows, and macOS (or willingness to learn)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to support users effectively
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently on standard tasks and escalate when needed
Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus (not mandatory).
